A visual guide to repair process for Mitsubishi Meldas MDS series PSUs (power supply units) is added on our website.
The guide shows all steps of the repair process which includes full disassembly and parts cleaning,
application of new thermally conductive gel on radiators, independent testing and, if necessary,
fixing of circuitry, and final test in a test bench station environment which includes servo
drives such as MDS-C1-V2-4545, spindle drives MDS-C1-SP-150, 260, 300.
We support all models of Mitsubishi Meldas series power supplies MDS-C1-CV-37, 55, 75, 110, 150, 220, 185, 260, 300, 370.

We finished design of new IGBT gate driver modules for Siemens and motor controls.
These modules are used in a Siemens 6SE7027-2ED61-Z, 6SE7021-3EB21 and Indramat DKS01.1-W100A-DL01-01 and other drives.

Improvement are done in Yaskawa test stations; they completely equipped with test motors and controls to check up drives

ICS - Industrial Control Solutions, Inc is continuing successfully support out of date and obsolete equipment.
Equipment such as Mitsubishi MR-SA: (102, 202, 352, 502, 702), MR-SB, MR-SC, MR-SD, MR-VA (TC-300), MR-VC series are repaired
by our qualified technicians. These models were discontinued by Mitsubishi in 1998.
Other models, production of which discontinued by Mitsubishi such as HA-ME, HA-FE, HA-SE, HA-SA
(support discontinued in January 2002) and HA-SC (October 1998) successfully repaired as well.

During 2008 we improved bench test station for Mitsubishi MDS (A, B, C) series servo drives.
Dual axes servo drives such as MDS-C1-V2-4545, spindle drives MDS-C1-SP-150, 260, 300, power supply MDS-C1-CV-260.
The new test station completely equipped with power supply MDS-C1-CV-260, Mitsubishi Meldas CPU C64, PLC and NF3210TV1-8260 NC panel computer.
Repaired units test performed on original OEM servo and spindle motors, rotation of which controlled from touch screen in a JOG mode or from a handle in a manual mode.

A week before Derby, network administrator from Churchill Downs™ called to Industrial Control Solutions™ with cry for help. At this most hectic time of the year for the World famous Churchill Downs™, 36 turning stiles on the main Gate 1 would not work. System is responsible for counting each person that pays and enters for the Derby just did not work.
We took this problem very seriously; it would be disaster for the event if Main Gate would not work on a day of Derby.
Industrial Control Solutions, within 2 day period, repaired the hardware and restored original software which allow the communication between Gate 1 turn stiles and main computer to count Churchill Down's guests passing through, just in time for the Derby.
