                                We will exchange your damaged unit 
                                with another one from our extensive inventory. In a situation 
                                where we do not have the required item in stock, we will 
                                search for it to offer you the needed replacement part.
                                
   The 
                                order for the exchange has to be received by fax (502-454-5949) 
                                before 2 p.m. Eastern time. One of our representatives will contact you by fax, email or phone to inform you about the price and availability on the requested item.
   You 
                                are responsible to ship your item(s) to ICS, Inc by 
                                Next Day Air service, the same day you place your order. ICS Inc. must be informed about the shipping method as well as the carrier's tracking number for the item(s) being shipped.
   We will 
                                issue an invoice to you only after receiving and evaluating your 
                                unit. You will be billed for the agreed price, according to the 
                                quotation. Extra charges will apply if: 
                                        
                                        
                                        The item returned to us proves to be in non-repairable condition, 
                                        disassembled, or with missing parts. In a situation when unit 
                                        received proves to be in a non-repairable condition we will 
                                        contact you with options.
                                        
                                        We received your item later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern time.We will not bill you for the delays due to carrier mishandling.
